Specialist software for last-mile fleets

Modern last-milesoftware

Drivaxo is the company workspace for courier, parcel, postal-subcontractor and fleet operators. Drivers, vehicles, tracking and carrier complaints sit in one isolated workspace.

What Drivaxo is

The system a delivery company actually runs on

Drivaxo is not a consumer tracker and not a carrier portal. It is the depot system: people, vehicles, cases and the fleet picture, with company records kept apart in the database.

  • Each operator runs in an isolated company workspace.
  • Drivers, vehicles and invitations live in one roster.
  • Carrier cases are drafted from evidence, not invented text.
  • The fleet map is ready for live vehicle positions once that layer is connected.

The platform

One workspace for the last mile

Drivaxo is built around the work a delivery company already does: keep people and vehicles in order, answer carriers on time, and see what the fleet is doing.

01

Company workspace

Each operator runs in its own workspace. Identity comes from the signed-in session, so companies never share records, and roles decide who can see drivers, vehicles or cases.

02

People and vehicles

Driver files, invitations, preferred language, carrier IDs and vehicle assignments live together. Managers keep the roster current; drivers see their own profile and the vehicle they are on.

03

Carrier complaints

Incoming complaints are read, matched to a driver, and drafted from evidence. Eligible replies can go out while the manager is offline. Exceptions, disputes and serious incidents stay with a person.

04

Fleet picture

Vehicle status and assignments are in the workspace today. The tracking view is the same operational picture, ready for live positions once that module is connected.

Complaint automation

How a carrier case moves

Complaints arrive with short deadlines. Drivaxo reads the case, matches a driver, asks them in their language, and drafts a reply from evidence. Eligible routine cases can be sent. Exceptions stay with a manager.

  1. 01

    Read

Case numbers, routes, barcodes, addresses and the carrier question are extracted and stored with the line they came from.

  2. 02

    Match

The driver is resolved from the file, route or identity on the case. Ambiguous matches are not guessed.

  3. 03

    Decide

A fixed rule set chooses: answer from delivery evidence, ask the driver, or escalate. Incidents always escalate.

  4. 04

    Ask

The driver gets a short question in their own language, limited to the fields the carrier actually needs.

  5. 05

    Draft

A professional reply is written only from the scan, the file, or the driver’s own words. No source, no sentence.

  6. 06

    Send or hold

Eligible routine cases can be sent automatically. Everything else waits in an exception queue for a manager.

Built-in limits

Fixed rules, not a model that guesses

  • 01
    It never invents a fact

Every factual sentence has to point at delivery evidence or something the driver wrote.

  • 02
Serious cases always reach a person

Accidents, injury, theft, insurance, police and legal claims are never answered automatically.

  • 03
    Companies cannot see each other

Separation is enforced in the database, not only in the screens. Identity is never taken from a request body.

  • 04
    The driver’s words are kept

An original answer is not edited away. A correction is stored as a new version beside the first.

Fleet tracking

See vehicles in the same picture as the operation

Managers already work with vehicle records, assignments and availability. The tracking view is the same picture on a map. Live positions are the next layer of that map, not a separate product.

Assignments, not just dots

A vehicle on the map is tied to the driver who has it today. When a carrier case arrives, the same assignment record is what identifies the driver.

Status the depot already uses

Available, on route, maintenance or unavailable. Tracking extends the roster; it does not replace it with a consumer-style parcel map.

Built for live feeds

GPS device feeds are planned. Until they are connected, the workspace still shows the fleet you operate with, without pretending positions are live.

Driver management

Every driver has a file, a language and a vehicle

Last-mile companies run mixed teams. Drivaxo keeps the employee record, the carrier identity and the current assignment together, then lets the driver sign in to their own workspace.

Driver file

Name, language, carrier identity and current vehicle in one record the manager can open and keep current.

Invitations

A driver account is created from a time-limited invite, not by sharing a manager password or a depot barcode.

Assignment history

Who was on which vehicle, and when, so a complaint can be matched to the person who ran the route.

Driver workspace

Drivers sign in to their own view: profile, assigned vehicle, questions to answer and a way to file a report.
